Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine has given a powerful impetus to the development of high-tech military solutions that help destroy the enemy on the battlefield and in the rear, while protecting the lives of Ukrainian soldiers.
The Temerland team is constantly being added to, the “unmanned unit” consists of 20 people. You can join the team in the usual way: write to HR at sales@temerland.com. Now they are looking for embedded engineers, Python and C++ developers with a strong math background, as well as mechanical engineers.
Ukrainian company Temerland grew in 2019 from another business that had been involved in industrial automation since the mid-90s. After the Russian invasion of the Donbass began, the company’s director pondered how to reduce human casualties on the front lines, and out of that idea arose Temerland, which develops unmanned robotic systems and platforms, and upgrades vehicles into unmanned ground robotic systems.
«We now have a line of robotic platforms that can move both autonomously and remotely, build a route, identify obstacles, transport equipment and people, but the primary purpose is to perform reconnaissance tasks, help transport the wounded. All to save lives», — Temerland says.
In particular, the company produces a robotic platform-kamikaze, which is capable of eliminating light and armored vehicles, can be used for ambushes and raids in urban areas. Thanks to its low ground clearance, the platform can easily move under passenger cars.
Also in the lineup is the GNOM unmanned robotic platform (four- and six-wheeled). It is a multifunctional device used for surveillance and reconnaissance, ammunition and food delivery, and casualty evacuation.
«Our team is constantly thinking about how to integrate unmanned technology into everyday life, so there are products like the Cobra robot to help police with law enforcement, field charging stations; robotic platforms that can be used in the agricultural sector», — the company says.
Now some Temerland ground drones are used in military units. We are talking about drones for remote mining, kamikaze drones and remotely controlled turrets. However, the company is also working on larger projects for assault operations and sky protection.
